Expedition 4x4 ("we," "us," or "our") operates www.apps-ts.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Service. * Location data used to support expedition features and participant location sharing.
* Nicknames voluntarily provided by users.
* Images voluntarily uploaded by users, which may include vehicles, routes, locations, or other content selected by the user.
* A unique identifier used to distinguish participants within the application. We do not require users to create a formal account with name or email address.
We collect this information when you voluntarily provide it to us, when you use our Service, or through automated technologies.

- Provide, operate, and maintain our Service
- Improve, personalize, and expand our Service
- Understand and analyze how you use our Service
- Develop new products, services, features, and functionality

- Process transactions, including purchases made through Apple's In-App Purchase system, and send related information.

- Display participant locations during active expeditions.
- Enable expedition organizers and participants to view shared expedition data.
Expedition 4x4 is designed to allow expedition participants to share location information and expedition-related data with other participants of the same expedition. By participating in an expedition, users understand that their location and expedition activity may be visible to authorized expedition participants and organizers as part of the application's core functionality.
Users may also choose to export or share expedition data. Once such information has been shared outside the Service, Expedition 4x4 cannot control how third parties use, store, or distribute that information.
User records within the Service are created automatically based on participation in expeditions. A user record is removed only when the user is no longer associated with any expedition as an organizer or participant. In that case, the associated profile information, uploaded images and active expedition-related data are removed from the Service.
Users may save or share expedition records using the application's Save Trip or Share Trip features. Such exported records may contain participant information, including nicknames, profile images and recorded route data.
Once an expedition record has been exported or shared, it becomes an independent copy that may continue to exist on devices or storage locations where it was saved. Expedition 4x4 cannot delete or control copies of expedition records that have already been exported or shared outside the Service.
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
